PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING OF PACKAGES BEFORE SHIPMENT. Packages under 13 oz shipped first class and packes over 13 oz shipped priority mail that can take 2-3 business days.

After an order has shipped, you can track your package with the provided tracking number. I release responsibility for package once it has been shipped. please contact your local post office if there is a problem with delivery. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED COVID-19 CAN CAUSE SHIPMENT DELAY. DURING THE HEIGHT OF RESTOCK AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS SHIPPING POLICIES MAY BE CHANGED, BUT WILL BE NOTED.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE SENT OUT ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS.

ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order be sure to enter the complete and correct address including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

Return orders
If your package is return to sender, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs once we receives the returned package.
