We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an orde has been processed. All orders are final sale. We offer exchange only with 7 days after receiving your order. If you have any concerns regarding your order, contact us Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm est. If any refunds are issued on our behalf, under any circumstances shipping costs are not included.
